Please be sure to carefully review your admission letter for any conditions of enrollment, or final official documents you are required to submit.
If you are currently enrolled in graduate or undergraduate coursework at another institution, please be sure to submit a final official transcript for any coursework in progress prior to the start of classes.
Enrollment in graduate study at 野花社区 is contingent upon satisfactory completion, with no significant decline in grades, of all academic work in progress when your graduate application was reviewed. Final transcripts must include certification of any diplomas or degrees you indicated on your graduate application.
Any conditions not fulfilled or final documents not submitted could result in a registration hold being placed on your account or your admission offer being rescinded.
Please contact University Admissions if you have any questions at gradadmissions@njcu.edu or 201-200-3409.
New Jersey State Immunization Requirements:
All new students are required to submit the 野花社区 Entrance Health Record, which is used to establish a student's medical file and document compliance with state immunization laws. Please be sure to prioritize the submission of your health records to avoid holds being placed on your account or being dropped from your classes.
COVID-19 Student Vaccination Requirements:
Starting the week of August 8, 2022, 野花社区 will no longer require students to be vaccinated as a condition of enrollment or in-person instruction. However, federal regulations may still require students who work in specific settings to be vaccinated, receive the booster when eligible, and upload their health information.
Required Vaccinations: International students, student-athletes, and residential students must complete the COVID-19 vaccine series (or a single dose series). The requirement will apply to every international, residential, and athlete except:
- Those enrolled in fully online degree programs that offer no on-campus instruction, activities, or services
- Those who qualify under New Jersey law medical or religious exemptions
For the most up-to-date information on vaccination requirements, please visit our Health and Wellness Center website. If you have any questions, please contact the 野花社区 Health and Wellness Center at 201-200-3456 or hwc@njcu.edu
Effective fall semester of 2022, 野花社区 will no longer provide a student health insurance plan through the College; however, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a federal law effective January 1, 2014, requires individuals to have health care insurance coverage or be subject to a penalty.
Individuals eligible to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan can enroll in a plan in the Marketplace. For information about the health care law, finding health insurance options, and accessing the health insurance marketplace offerings, please visit .
Students do not need to show proof of health insurance to attend 野花社区.
Please visit the Health and Wellness Center for detailed instructions here. If you have questions, please contact the Health and Wellness Center via at phone: 201-200-3456 or email: hwc@njcu.edu
